General conditions

Only services indicated and approuved in our offer are insured by “ok@home”.

  • The company engages to execute the order conscientiously.
  • “ok@home” is responsible for its own mistakes and the mistakes of its personnel in case of negligence or willful intent.
  • The customer engages to fulfill his responsibilities in order to ensure the correct execution of his order. The customer must hand over all keys to “ok@home” in order to create the possibility to execute all services correctly.
  • The customer engages to pay “ok@home” for the services indicated on the invoice in relation with the signed offer.
  • If the order is finished before its total execution, the invoice of “ok@home” only considers the really supplied services.
  • Eventual customer claims without mutual solution must be handled by courts in Luxembourg. Only the law in Luxembourg is applicable for claims to be handled by justice.
  • Changes or adds to these general conditions must be done in written form.
